missed period - the most common sign


morning sickness - nausea, queasiness which can occur at any time of the day, not just the morning




sore breasts and changes in areola - breasts may feel more sensitive 

blue veins all over breasts - your breasts are already forming new milk ducts to prepare to feed your new blessing


fatigue - your body is doing alot of work right now and the baby comes first, so you may feel like you need to take an afternoon nap


cervical mucus discharge - many women experience a change in their cervical mucus once they conceive, your body is forming the mucous plug at this time


frequent urination - your bladder is being crowded by your already growing uterus


headaches - due to hormonal changes some women experience headaches in early pregnancy


implantation bleeding - some women experience spotting as a result of implantation which looks different than your regular period


elevated basal temperature - an elevated basal body temperature past the time when your period is due is another possible indicator of pregnancy


just "feeling pregnant" - many women would tell you that they knew they were pregnant before they had any physical sypmtoms
