Ridgemere offers an eclectic mix of training and development including facilitation, individual and group coaching, action learning sets as well as 'traditional' training in management subjects. Our CEO Steve Hoggar delivers Keynote speeches to any size of audience on "The You Detector (TM) - how to discover the 'you' you were meant to be". Another side of our business, called Destinations Unlimited, provides training and support to help people with Learning Disabilities and their carers. Deborah Hoggar is a registered Makaton Tutor and delivers a range of courses.
